You’ve been for the interview, you liked what you heard, they like you and you’ve been offered the new job. Now it’s time to go and see you’re current employer to tell them you’re leaving.
What happens next?
Two things. One, your employer accepts your resignation, you work out the detail – when you’ll leave, what you need to do etc
Or you receive a counter-offer!
