Permanent People is still in its infancy but we have already experienced success in recruiting for a couple of roles for some very established recruitment companies.
The way things have started for us and our approach to recruiting in an honest and straightforward way has underlined that we feel we are already making a difference to the sector where clients and candidates alike have testified that our slant on the industry has already been a refreshing change.
There is nothing more satisfying than getting a vacancy, listening to your client and finding the exact fit for them. It’s not easy, but that’s what we’re here for, to make our clients life easier. If you then add in that you are helping someone find a job and potentially make their life better by doing so, then it really doesn’t get any better than that. This has happened this week and makes me very proud to have achieved this early success,
Of course, we don’t do it for free, let’s not pretend we are a charity doing life saving work but when your client is happy, your candidate gets the job they wanted and we make it all happen, it’s a win/win situation all round.
