With just four days to go now until Permanent People is unleashed onto the world, I’ve been struck at how an idea can grow into a plan and then into reality in such a short space of time. It takes a lot of hard work and there is definitely more to come, but if you have the drive to make something happen and belief in what you are trying to do, then it somehow seems easier because you know what you are doing is for a good reason.
We’ve already been pretty successful but are under no illusion that there is always ups and downs when any business is getting off the ground, this is where my experience in the industry and knowledge people will set us aside from other agencies doing a similar thing.
Support from family and friends is vital, so I’m grateful that I’ve had that in bucket-loads and it’s a cliché, but I couldn’t have done it without them.
