This has been pretty evident for some time in our sector of recruitment-to-recruitment, but of course this area is experiencing this because of the knock on effect from our clients and therefore their clients recruitment needs.
Which ever way you look at it, it’s positive news for the job seeker as it means they have choice in the type of role they are looking for and the market has never been stronger if you are looking to make the move.
For example, if you came to us and had commercial recruitment experience in Cardiff at the moment, we could offer you at least six to seven immediate roles with an opportunity for an interview(s) within a week.
This is the same all over, London, Birmingham, Bristol, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Cambridge…you get the idea!
So now is the time to look at what’s out there and get good advice from a recruiter to guide you into the right fitting new job!
