When you wake up, do you jump out of bed with a smile on your face and can’t wait to get to work? When you get there, are you inspired by the possibility that you can achieve what you want to that day and leave at the end of the day feeling fulfilled?
No!
I do.
It’s because I enjoy the challenge of what I’m doing, I believe in what I’m doing and I care about it.
If you don’t, then to put it simply, you’re in the wrong job. You need to look for a new one.
This isn’t a shameless attempt to get you to come to us so we can find you a new job (although we can!), it’s simple logic and advice.
