Exciting news this morning at Permanent People, as Director Paul Reid, has attained the Membership of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP) accreditation due to his extensive career within the recruitment industry.
Being awarded MIRP status underlines an individuals recruitment professional experience within the business and is sanctioned by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
Paul has worked in many sectors over the years including commercial, industrial, social care, education and recruitment-to-recruitment with two separate companies during his ten-year career. This lead him to start his own business in 2013 on the back of this varied knowledge and Permanent People came into inception.
With all of this knowledge behind him, Paul really wanted to try to do things a bit differently within recruitment, which sounds like a clichéd phrase, but his energy and commitment to quality when dealing with people looking for work and companies looking to hire, is without question.
Permanent People are now celebrating the end of their first quarter which has seen success and the vision which Paul wanted to create, is now a fully functioning business operating all over the UK in all of the previously mentioned sectors that he has experience in.
On receiving the MIRP, Paul was delighted and commented:
“This is great news for me personally and of course Permanent People. We try to really get to know the people we deal with here and couldn’t of been able to do that without my background in all of the sectors I’ve worked in during my career and people I have had the pleasure to get to know. This is an accomplishment to be proud of, now candidates and clients have that extra level of trust and they will see this as a mark of my knowledge of recruitment and consultative nature when working with them”
The MIRP accreditation is the latest, and hopefully not last, sign of the service and quality you can expect from Paul and Permanent People.
