There’s a constant turnover in the world of recruitment, but is there a prime time for finding those oh so perfect candidates? There’s obviously no solid answer to this question, but it does introduce us to the first constant in recruiting: the constant of time. As we progress through the days into the weeks, and the weeks into months, time does not change,  and therefore we forever chase candidates after hours because we know that the one phone call that is make after hours can mean the difference of placing a candidate and missing the perfect sort of person. Sending an e-mail is straightforward and takes no time at all, and yet most will not go that extra mile. Here that is exactly what we are all about, making the extra effort to ensure we chase those who are interested and secure them a position that will make their working life all the more interesting.
