There’s a constant turnover in the world of recruitment, but is there a prime time for finding those oh so perfect candidates? There’s obviously no solid answer to this question, but it does introduce us to the first constant in recruiting: the constant of time. As we progress through the days into the weeks, and the weeks into months, time does not change, Ā and therefore we forever chase candidates after hours because we know that the one phone call that is make after hours can mean the difference of placing a candidate and missing the perfect sort of person. Sending an e-mail is straightforward and takes no time at all, and yet most will not go that extra mile.
