Permanent People began life on 2013, and since then the company has grown to three offices and been named on the official suppliers list to the recruitment industry, the only agency of our type with offices in both Cardiff, London and Bristol.
Operating nationally, and internationally, we work with many leading recruitment names from across the industry in many different sectors in locations from Wales to Australia, England to the USA.
What’s on offer?
As part of growth plans, Permanent People are looking to add a recruiter with experience to our Head Office team in Cardiff.
The company works in a very consultative way. There is no sales at all in what we do and you will be given clients to work on from day one, as we have numerous vacancies coming in on a daily and weekly basis.
There are no targets or KPI’s, so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and wants to work in a grown up way. In other words, there’s no one standing over your shoulder micro-managing. You are left to do what you do best, speak with candidates, clients and build strong relationships with both, whilst maximising your opportunity to make placements with your commercial acumen.
We offer great working hours, team incentives (Sporting events, top restaurant nights out etc…) and a commission structure with no threshold at all and up to 20% of what you bill, to be earned.

We aren’t. We are a Rec2Rec, and the only difference in what we do as opposed to other Rec2Rec’s is the people that work here, and they offer the real value to our candidates and clients.
