Senior Recruitment Consultant (Interim Finance) – London

Our client is fast growing and profitable in 2021, and are looking to expand their London office by hiring an experienced Finance Recruiter to join their knowledgeable team of experts with an enviable reputation.

You will inherit a desk of Interim runners on joining, and with no threshold, this means you will earn commission from Day One.

As a Principle/Senior Consultant your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly understanding the market
  • Generate personal NFI from client and candidate management
  • Understanding the range and scope of services offered and able to confidently sell them
  • Understand the team’s business plan and objectives
  • Seek new opportunities and be aware of competitors
  • Act as an Account Manager of significant client accounts
  • To agree and establish terms of business with new clients

About you –

  • At least two years recruitment experience within the Interim Finance sector
  • Proven track record of generating new business and the desire to do so again
  • Someone who can grow a business
  • Outgoing, confident and presentable
  • Determined, ambitious and driven by success
  • Money-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and balance a variety of tasks whilst remaining attentive
