The Role:

You will manage the end to end process with repeat clients. There will be no new business as there’s a separate sales and resourcing function to support them. You will manage the global projects virtually and grow accounts.

You will strengthen relationships with repeat clients to really understand them and engage with candidate – provide a shortlist, prepare and debrief with candidates and negotiate salaries.

You must be comfortable with communicating with C-level clients and senior candidates.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Executive Search Experience, working on retained projects
  • Able to bring a network of candidates or clients and a wealth of experience with them
  • Have previously worked with global businesses that are multi-billion companies and have relationships in place
  • You must be patient and mature
  • Perseverance is key as projects can take up to 4 months
  • Articulate, intelligent and confident
  • You can balance a variety of tasks and take ownership of your work
  • You can manage people and can read between the lines to get the right fit
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially aware
  • Ability to speak another language is beneficial
