About the role…

• You will be responsible for supporting and assisting two consultants with finding specialist technical candidates to match specific briefs. You will source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, as well as building relationships and screening them.

What are the requirements?

• At least 6 months recruitment experience ideally in a technical field
• Ideally graduated to degree level
• A self-motivated and determined individual who has hunger and drive to make money
• Positive attitude to building relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build longstanding relationships

The role –

You will take on a warm desk for a technical sector, and your role will involve shortlisting CVs and screening potential candidates to meet your client’s needs. You will build longstanding relationships with existing clients, as well as winning the business of new clients by picking up the phone and finding new business.

What we’re looking for –

• At least 6 months’ recruitment experience, a knowledge of the technical sector would be beneficial
• Proven billing history
• An articulate, switched-on individual who is driven to succeed
• A team player who is confident and can build relationships with others
• An outgoing personality and sense of humour
