In this busy 360 role, you will work on the HR Sector to source specialist candidates, build a pipeline of exceptional candidates, while also strengthening client relationships and generating new ones.

What experience is essential?

  • At least 2 years recruitment experience if you are an Australian national, or 4 years 360 experience if you are a UK relocater in need of visa sponsorship
  • An understanding of the HR recruitment market is essential
  • A fantastic attitude towards business development and generating new relationships at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels
