They have ambitious growth plans and are looking to expand their small team by hiring an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant. This is the perfect opportunity to grow and develop with the company. There is future potential for you to have shares within the company and eventually hire, train and lead your own team of consultants.

The Role –

This is a full 360-recruitment role, working on permanent placements. You will focus on data science recruitment into the finance sector.

You will build relationships with candidates and offer support throughout the recruitment process. You will maintain strong relationships with clients and win new client relationships by working closely to understand their needs. So, there will be a warm desk for you to utilise, but also the need for business development, allowing you to expand your network.

Ideal Candidate –

  • You will have at least 2 years data science recruitment experience into the finance sector
  • You have a great track record and strong billing history
  • A money-motivated, sales-driven individual who’s hungry for success
  • A fast learner; able to pick things up easily
  • Resilient, professional and pro-active
  • Able to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining attentive
  • Excellent communicate skills, both written and spoken
  • A natural people-person who enjoys building relationships with others
  • Very organised, methodical and excellent time management
