London Bridge, Recruitment Consultant – Change & Transformation
Permanent People are working with an independent, established recruitment business in London Bridge, who are looking to add a talented Recruiter to their Change & Transformation Team.
You will join an existing, and currently successful Team, and look to develop the business in the UK and Europe.
Placing candidates such as Head of Change/Transformation Director, Project/Programme Delivery, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Business Architect, Change Manager, Programme Support and Testing on either a permanent or interim basis.
There is also an opportunity to dual desk.
You will want to work at the mid-senior end of the market and will enjoy working in a consultative and credible way.
You will have at least 18 months to 2 years recruitment experience within a Change & Transformation setting, which may have been Financial Services, FinTech or Tech focused.
An appetite to deliver a first-class recruitment service is imperative, as is having a collaborative working style.
A successful billing past, able to be evidenced, is also essential for this role.
Resilient mind-set and a focused, professional work ethic are also a must for this position.
