NHS Recruitment Specialist Role

  • FTC – 3 Months
  • Hours – 9am-5pm Mon-Fri
  • Start date – 28th June
  • Salary – £30,000 pro rata
  • Location – Work from home (anywhere in the UK)
  • Recruitment type – 180 candidate delivery

The role

The aim of this role is to place the unutilised pandemic workforce into permanent and temporary positions across the healthcare sector. This role is fast paced and is heavily candidate focussed so you will need to be able to hit the ground running. You will be screening candidates and matching them to suitable roles, with use of a portal, ATS and video interviewing software. The portal has over 1000 candidate profiles for you to easily match skillsets and experience. The role is perfect for anyone who enjoys fast paced work, without the sales of 360 recruitment.

The candidate

You will have 3 years recruitment experience within healthcare and have had exposure to both temporary and permanent desks. You will have proven high performance with candidates in your previous roles

You will be a self- starter, with a keenness for success and an ability to work in a fast-paced role. With your experience you will be able to work autonomously.

You will have excellent customer service skills, reliably able to match skills and experience quickly and have working knowledge of the healthcare industry and the type of roles across staff groups such as nursing, medical, dental and admin and clerical.
