The Role –

Due to the company’s existing, large client base, you will take over a warm desk focusing on IT within the Public Sector in the Swiss market. There will be existing client relationships to utilise, allowing you to maximise your earning potential from day one!

At the same time, you’ll be expected ed to expand the company’s network within the Swiss market and increase your own desk by finding and winning new clients – through email, telephone and most importantly, face-to-face meetings.

You will develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients and provide specific technology expertise that adds value to the recruitment process.

Ideal Candidate –

  • Previous Contract IT Recruitment experience
  • Experience of working within the Swiss market
  • A credible, articulate individual who can build rapport with others
  • Ambition and drive to excel in your work
  • You are committed and think on your feet
  • You have the flexibility to travel to Europe when needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
