Permanent People are working with an established UK recruitment agency, who are looking to expand by hiring an experience recruitment professional to Head up a new Division for them to compliment their 2 UK offices!
This Division will be in a IT or Tech area. The idea behind this is to launch a new office in your location, which can be anywhere in the UK, and you will be able to bring a team of Recruiters with you.
For this opportunity, our Client is looking to hire a Recruiter with a proven track record of billing and success within the IT or Tech industry specialism. You will be used to leading a Team (Big or Small) of successful Recruiters, on either a Contract or Permanent Division, or a mix of the two.
You will be given every set-up tool needed to launch the office and division, as well as the on-going support of a supportive and experienced management team.
You will also have an extensive network of Clients and Contacts within the Industry and be a capable, hands-on self-starter, looking for a new opportunity.
This is a billing role, and the ability to grow your own company within a company is essential. As are having the skills to people manage, set goals and deliverable’s, whilst being able to work closely with HQ.
