Permanent People are searching for an experienced Permanent recruiter to join their established client based in Manchester. Our established client has 2 decades of experience in FMCG recruitment and are looking for a high quality graduate to come in and recruit for their permanent desk.
Our client believes in giving their consultants the support and space to manage themselves. They don’t push hard KPIs – instead they work to the individual consultant’s needs to ensure they stay motivated and feel confident in their expertise to bring them success. They aim to deliver a cost effective tailored individual service to their clients and candidates ensuring long lasting, professional relationships.
The successful Candidate will be trained into a full 360 recruitment consultant from day one; learning directly form the company’s directors and high performing team managers. They offer structured and achievable training so you can feel confident and supported as you learn and grow. Your responsibilities will vary from securing new business from new clients to recruiting and interviewing new candidates on a weekly basis. You will need to have a professional and confident nature in order to successfully win new business. Sales experience is preferred or any experience in an office or professional environment. There is a great opportunity to bill almost immediately from starting as they have a large client base that look to this firm for the high-quality candidates, they have the reputation of providing. So, you could leverage permanent business fairly easily.
There is real scope to build a highly successful and profitable desk. The long-term vision is for this person to become an operational lead within the business over the next few years as this is how most of the directors and managers started out,
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, the drive to succeed and have a 2:1 or above from a top university. You’ll have some commercial experience in sales environment. As well as showing drive, motivation, teamwork and high work ethic from an extra-curricular interest such as a team/independent sporting background or involvement in charity roles.
