We are working on behalf of our extremely well-established, global client located in Brussels who are looking for a highly experienced Recruitment Manager to join their growing ranks. With nearly two decades of experience in the Financial Services, Technology, Transformation and Change. With over 10 offices worldwide, our client has a long-standing reputation for excellence in the European recruitment market.

The Role?

Our client is looking for a talented Recruiter to manage a team who focus on secondment positions. The successful candidate will be able to expertly motivate people towards success, over-seeing an incredibly varied team towards development. Your role will be hands on initially, with all the Management leading by example, you will be client focused and bring in new business for your team.

Daily duties will include:

  • Managing the current team of 5, with the plan to grow to 12 in the next year
  • Business Development – liaising expertly with large, global clients, securing key business for your own portfolio and for the benefit of your team
  • Identifying training and development needs whilst overseeing this process
  • Implementing change and success

The ideal candidate?

  • Must be fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Minimum 7-8 year’s recruitment experience (in a 360 billing or BD focused role) preferably within the Professional Services or Technology sectors
  • Consistent professional record and strong billing history
  • Previous management experience/leadership of a team
  • Professional, integral and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly when liaising with clients
