Permanent People are currently working very closely with a global, leading recruitment business in London, who have positioned themselves as market leaders within a specific area of Legal Recruitment in London, and across Europe.

The Company

Having grown rapidly over the past 10 years, our Client have become a leading player in the Legal recruitment market in the UK and Europe. Key to this success has been a focus on working with the Senior end of Legal Candidate market – specifically Fee Earners from Associates through to Partners.

Within the business, the average GP per head is a real success story, and this has been due to their very strong Client list and a focus on excellent levels of speed of Contingent recruitment, but with the service levels of Retained.

They work with the Top 2% of Legal Fee Earners, and having this specialism really places them as the go-to Legal recruitment business in London.

Our Client has an ambitious growth strategy over the next three years, and are now looking for top recruitment talent to join the Team.

Your Experience

You will come from one of two backgrounds.

  • Currently, you may work in Legal recruitment, and have access to recruiting Fee Earners, from 2 years PQE and upward to 12 years PQE
  • Or you may work in a contingent or search recruitment business, where headhunting is your strength – perhaps the Financial Services market (Banking, PE, Trading, Wealth Management, Private Banking)

Your experience will be at least 2-3 years in recruitment, and you will be able to evidence a passion for what you do and a consistent billing track record.

You will have strong perseverance, a positive mind-set and want to maximise your recruitment career by working with top tier candidates.
