Permanent People are pleased to be working with a well-established recruitment business who are specialists in the IT market across Europe. This medium sized business have a strong reputation in their specialist ERP market across 40 countries, with longstanding partnerships in Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands and Sweden. They are eager to consolidate their recent success and growth by hiring an experienced recruitment professional to their close-knit team!

This business has a down-to-earth and people centric approach; they are passionate about providing a quality bespoke service to their clients and candidates, while keeping processes simple and streamlined. They really understand what both parties want to ensure they find the right fit for both each time, meaning they have some excellent relationships and an impressive name in the market.

The Role:

This will be a full 360 role specialising in the ERP IT market across Europe. You will be expected to take full ownership for your desk and develop new business from cold, establish a network in your specified market and build a pool of specialist candidates. You will be supported and guided with the process, but mostly you will work autonomously to establish new client relationships and build your desk to a success. You will negotiate terms of business and salaries for your candidates, while selling the best job opportunities to them.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 18 months to 3 years 360 recruitment experience in the IT or Tech sector. Any knowledge of a European market is beneficial
  • You have experience in business development, client relationships, managing accounts and headhunting / sourcing technical candidates
  • Any language skills would be beneficial
  • You have a consistent employment history and proven billings circa £100k per annum
  • You enjoy the full 360 recruitment process and can take responsibility to grow and expand your own desk from cold
  • A confident team-player who has strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and sales mentality, you enjoy being on the phone, building professional relationships and establishing a network
