W1 London – Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Gaming Industry
Permanent People have recently partnered with an innovative mobile games producer, based in London’s West End, who are looking to hire a Recruiter to help them source the best talent in the market.
The Role
You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening and qualifying the best gaming talent out there.
So, it’s your job to find the people to work in our clients business.
You’ll work with internal hiring managers to find out what they’re looking for and work closely with them through the process – so great communication is needed.
Managing external agencies will also be part of the role, as will providing information and data to the management team on progress of recruiting targets.
Your Background
It would be great if you had some recruitment experience of working within the games industry, or mobile tech more generally.
But you may also of worked in a recruitment sector where it’s candidates driven, and you have a massive interest and passion for the gaming sector.
You’ll be degree educated, and be able to work with intelligence and empathy, whilst also having a track record of being able to successfully find talent.
This could be in a TA or Internal Recruiter role, or you could work agency side and be looking for a move into TA. Either is fine.
You will need to be a self-analytical learner, have excellent grammar in English and be the sort of person who takes ownership for what they do in a very fast-paced working (but fun) environment.
Package
Along with a good base salary, you will work 3 days in the office, with 2 from home. You will also have a 4 week allowance a year to work totally remotely.
You will also get:
Medical, dental, life insurance and critical illness cover.
Yearly CPD allowance for learning and development materials, courses, and seminars
Subsidised gym membership and cycle to work scheme
Regular perks such as cocktail parties, game nights and a PS5 for Christmas
