The Role –

You will work on-site for our pharmaceutical client to manage all their recruitment requirements. You will think strategically about the growth needed and the gaps in their hiring plans. Liaising with hiring managers across various departments, you will work to specific briefs before sourcing, screening and building relationships with specialist Pharma candidates. This role will involve working with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and methods.

Requirements –

  • You will have recruitment experience, ideally within an RPO or internal capacity where you have managed the end to end recruitment life cycle
  • You have experience and confidence in designing sourcing strategies and working with stakeholders and hiring managers to implement hiring plans
  • A knowledge of the pharmaceutical or IT recruitment market is highly desirable, specially within the EU market
  • Bilingual French and English

  • This role will start ASAP so you must be living in Berlin or able to relocate in the next month
  • You can speak fluent English, the ability to speak fluent German is beneficial but not essential
  • You think strategically and can confidently liaise with hiring managers to create hiring plans
  • You are a meticulous individual who is highly organised and can multi-task
  • You take pride in the high-quality service that you provide, you have a service over sales mentality

Overview of the role

This Internal Recruitment position will be responsible for the management of all hires within the recruitment agency, with a focus on attracting Graduate level candidates to the business.

You would manage the whole recruitment process, with support from the Operations Director and from the Talent Acquisition Director in Head Office.

Building processes within the function, and developing all strategies to attract Graduates will be fundamental within this position. Growing relationships with Universities in Germany will also be very important, and making this recruitment agency the employer of choice within Berlin is a major aim for this opportunity.

You would work towards hiring targets and be rewarded accordingly for the success of bringing in new people to the business.

Experience needed

A 360 recruitment background, working to high-volume hires would be preferable, as your knowledge of being successful in recruitment will be a necessary in being able to evaluate whether Graduates have what it takes to be a top performer.

If you have an Internal Recruitment or In-House Recruitment background, and have hired a large number of people in the past, particularly at Graduate level, then this could be the position for you.
