HR Recruitment Delivery Consultant – Bristol £25000 – £33000

The Role:

With one-to-one training and coaching from an expert HR Recruiter, you will take over a very warm desk where there will be existing client relationships for you to work with. You will source, screen and interview candidates that match your clients’ requirements building positive relationships along the way.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally hold a degree with previous sales or account management experience. Recruitment experience would be desirable and but not essential.
• Able to hold professional, commercial conversations with clients and candidates
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• A true motivation and desire to work in HR recruitment
• Confident, articulate, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Hungry for success with a target-driven mindset
