The Role –

The Role –

This is a full 360-Recruitment Consultant where you will take over a warm-desk and be required to liaise with clients and maintain existing relationship. Alongside this, you will be expected to expand the company’s network through business development. You will find and win new clients and create your own pool of qualified candidates to fit your client’s requirements.

What we’re looking for –

  • Should have 3 years Recruitment experience and be educated to degree level or have at least 4 years’ experience without a degree
  • Recruitment experience will preferably be within the Tech sector, focusing on verticals such as Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Automotive, AI or FinTech. Otherwise within Software Development or Engineering
  • Experience working on permanent placements with a proven track record and excellent billing history
