They are seeking a considerate and loving individual to join their team. At least 6 months education recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential. However, a passionate and down to earth nature, with previous connection to the education sector is a must!

The Role:

It is a 360- recruitment role working on contract Teacher Assistant roles. But don’t worry, it’s not a fast-paced temps recruitment role as the contracts are longer.

You will take over a warm desk covering the Leeds or London region, meaning you will have existing clients and candidates to work with, allowing you to maximise your earning potential from day one!

Along side that, you must be able to develop your own network and maintain the company’s reputation. You will build solid relationships with candidates to add long-term value to their clients / schools.

This company focuses on long-term relationships with quality of service being their main priority rather than quick sells. It’s not a cut throat or corporate company, there’s a mature environment with no micromanagement so you will have the freedom and trust to work autonomously.
