The Role –

This is a full 360-recruitment role working on contract placements, so it will be quite fast-paced. You will take over a warm desk but will still be required to expand the company’s network. You’ll have to research and secure new clients as well as find, screen and build your own pool of candidates.

Although, this is a full 360-role and there are some requirements for BD. You will mainly focus on the candidate side of recruitment.

Some of your responsibilities will involve:

  • Understanding the end to end recruitment process
  • Delivering a world class service to both clients’ and candidates’
  • Engaging in some sales & business development to build your network
  • Headhunting through LinkedIn, Screening, interviewing candidates
  • Finding the right match between candidate and client
  • Negotiating pay, salary rates and employment offers between candidates and clients
  • Promoting of yourself, the business and services through various channels

About you –

  • Previous experience in contract recruitment (any sector)
  • A professional, organised person, who understand the importance of providing an exception service to clients and candidates
  • Enjoy the candidate side of recruitment but also open to business development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and spoken
  • Articulate, intelligent and professional
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage a variety of tasks
