They are currently looking for ambitious individuals with the commercial acumen, intellect and self-confidence required to headhunt and build meaningful, long term relationships with senior professionals working within the actuarial market.
As part of the Actuarial Division, you will specialise in headhunting and placing General Insurance Actuaries in Pricing, Reserving, Risk and Capital Modelling roles.
They work with leading brands in the market like Axa, AIG and Allianz, as well as consulting firms such as KPMG, Ernst & Young, PWC & Deloitte!
The candidates they work with are highly sought after and can demand up to £60,000 salaries with only 3 years’ experience and for more senior roles, you will be regularly negotiating six figure salaries, therefore fees and bonuses in this market are very lucrative and motivating.
One of their highest performing Executive Consultants will manage the business development activities and you will work together to headhunt the best talent for your clients. This is a great opportunity to learn from some of the best recruiters in the market!
