Our client is looking for Senior IT Recruitment consultant to join their established business. With current intention to expand their already successful brand, our client recruit for a range of prestigious clients. They are searching for an ambitious, motivated and experienced permanent recruiter to join one of their many offices in South Wales and become a part of their success.

The role

The ideal candidate will be a full 360 consultant, responsible for the development of new business. Building excellent client relationships in order to generate new business. The role will require:

  • Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Leading new business development within your division
  • Identifying, approaching and sourcing potential candidates through a variety of attraction methods as part of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Network to identify new business opportunities through utilising the client’s strong network and market experience
  • Use your personality to build long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, whilst proving a bespoke and professional service

This is a sales-based recruitment role, so previous experience working in a targeted environment is essential and our client are looking for those who are looking for a business development focused opportunity.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, the drive to succeed and come from a 360 recruitment background. You’ll have very strong business sales experience and the ability to recruit, select and retain very professional candidates. Being proactive is essential, and you must be able to think on your feet. You will need to possess great communication skills, be resilient, competitive and be a true team player.

In addition, you will have a proven track record within the recruitment industry and preferably of the local market. There will also need to be proof of your billings.

You must have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment and have proven experience of working on a contract desk.
