Digital Recruitment Consultant – Berlin

We’re looking for an ambitious Recruiter who is passionate about the digital sector!

With an excellent reputation and impressive client base, this business takes a bespoke approach to recruitment. They take time to understand a client’s business needs, so that they can find the right fit for both candidate and client. They have a wealth of sector knowledge and experience as they are genuinely passionate about digital transformation.

The role –

As a Senior Consultant, you will build rapport with clients and develop a network of highly specialist candidates. You will have an excellent knowledge of the market, allowing you to take a consultative approach. Your clients will include a range of global businesses as well as smaller companies. You will win new business and resource talent to meet your clients’ needs.

The ideal candidate –

• You will have at least 12 months’ in a 360-recruitment role, with an understanding and interest of the digital / technology sector
• The ability to speak fluent German and an understanding of the local market would be beneficial
• You will be a resilient individual who is self-motivated and ambitious
• You have a proven track record and strong billing history
