The role –

As a Managing Recruitment Consultant, you will manage your own team of recruitment consultants. You will have to develop, support, monitor and motivate your team. You will provide them with one-on-one meetings, track their performance and help them progress within their career.

Alongside this, you will be taking a 360-recruitment role where you will liaise with very professional clients and source, screen and interview senior candidates. You will be required to build and maintain longstanding relationships and provide the highest-level service.

Ideally, you will have at least 12 months recruitment experience with an understanding of temps or construction recruitment. You have a demonstrable track record of winning new business and bringing your own clients on-board and strengthening relationships. You must be confident and articulate and not afraid to negotiate a deal.
