Location: Central Bristol

In this role, you will use social media and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and screen candidates, you will develop relationships with candidates via the phone and face-to-face. Using your specialist knowledge of HR, including employee relations, employee engagement, training, disciplinaries, grievances and reward, you will recruit for a variety of positions, from HR Assistant to HR Manager. You will liaise with clients from SMEs to global organisations, and become part of a close-knit team where you can create your own path to success.
The ideal candidate
We’re looking for a proactive and highly credible candidate with at least one years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with specialist knowledge of the HR sector. With a positive can-do approach, you will have excellent communication skills and enjoy building strong relationships with others, to sustain current business and drive future business developments. You will enjoy managing your own workload and be given the autonomy to work independently.
