Senior Recruitment Consultant – Brighton
Our Client were established in 2015 and operate in niche recruitment markets, with 80% of their business being in the US, and 5% in the UK.
They have a close working culture in the business and like to hire people who can work in a considered, professional, and intelligent way.
This position has become available due to a successful recruiter leaving to work in a completely new industry, and they are leaving a very established (£200k potential) desk.
This desk has over 6000 contacts in it, and already has Clients with 15-20 terms agreed, and billings in the pipeline.
The main concentration will be working on two Industrial sectors:
You will be placing:
60% Sales, Business Development, Account Managers into these industries and mainly into the US.
30% will be placing Tech Ops candidates – Project Managers, R&D, Managers
And the 10% will be into areas such as Supply Chain, H&S…
All these roles will need to be headhunted for, and our Client specialise in either working on roles at senior levels, VP, Director etc… or very specific roles.
You will be fully trained into the Company methodology into headhunting, and key tools such as LinkedIn usage are a vital part of the role.
Personality & Experience
The office is based right next to the Train Station in Brighton, and there are also two car parks nearby.
Our Client have Covid-19 working procedures in place, and would prefer people to be in the office, although some flexibility can be offered.
Due to the US side of the business, a couple of times a week, a later start and finish is also offered.
Is paid at 20% with no threshold, and you are paid this whenever the company are paid, in the same month.
