Amsterdam – Recruitment Country Manager, Strategy
Permanent People are currently working exclusively on a brand new position in Amsterdam, with a specialist recruitment business who are expanding their European operation.
You will start, lead and develop our Clients recruitment offering across the European market, primarily starting with The Netherlands and Germany. This role is all about building a business, as if it were your own.
The core focus of business will be a concentration on work within the Strategy, M&A and Transformation & Change industries, within the FS, PE C&I markets.
Building on existing client business, as well as developing your own through networking will be imperative. Therefore industry knowledge and specialisms within these markets is essential.
This vacancy can be easily explained by thinking of this as being backed by a PE business, so someone with an entrepreneurial spirit would thrive in this position.

You will have at least 3-5 years recruitment experience, recruiting into the areas and sectors that have already been mentioned.
Dutch native/fluent is also essential for this role.

Professionally and personally, you will be a Leader, and have managed a Team of recruiters at Divisional Manager level, and have had P&L responsibility.
