Permanent People initially got involved in working with agencies looking to hire a couple of years ago, when an international executive search business where looking to open up an office in the heart of the city. We took the mandate on, filled the role and the rest, as they say, is history.
Since then, our network of clients has grown, meaning that we work with Dutch businesses who are looking to hire, as well as companies from Germany, South Africa, the UK, USA and Asia, who are looking to expand their workforce with all levels of recruiters. These clients are located all over the City, but typically in Keizersgracht, Herengracht, De Pijp, World Trade Centre and Leidseplein areas, so a real variety.
We would now class ourselves as specialists in the Amsterdam recruitment market, with 2018 being our most successful year in placing recruiters there to date. This has also been in conjunction with new clients wanting to work with us, because of our service and reputation in the Amsterdam recruitment industry.
