We have evolved since our inception last August, as many businesses do in their first year, and we have a fast-growing reputation now as a specialist rec-to-rec, covering the entire UK.
Due to my past experience in various sectors of recruitment, particularly recently in education recruitment, the initial concentration of business tended to be recruiting for companies in the education sector, an area that I know very well. Clients have seen this and realised that knowledge of their industry is paramount as I understand the nature and environment of education recruitment agencies, which has helped many good recruitment consultants find a new role within this sector.
As we have grown though, and with the addition of another experienced consultant, Bindu Cardoza, we find ourselves now recruiting across various sectors within the recruitment industry for many clients of various sizes. The principles of providing a good service with a no-nonsense approach is serving us well, and as many clients will testify, it’s the personal nature and willingness to provide a consultative, professional approach that has seen us deliver what is needed for them.
