About the role

Our client is searching for a motivated and engaging Recruitment Manager who would oversee a team of 4 US Recruitment Consultants. You would be required to ensure the smooth operating of your team to enable them to meet the requirement of US clients regarding contract and permanent recruitment.

You will be an advocate for strategic business development, networking and market insight to ensure you lead by example.

As a Manager you will report to the Head of East Coast (also from the UK originally), who is highly experienced in growing teams from 3 to over 75 heads; you will be a crucial part of the scale up in the US.  As it stands the company’s US entity has over 40 consultants across the entire country, 16 of those are based in NYC. Before 2021 is out, the NYC office will have grown to over 60 employees.
