Permanent People are working with an independent organisation in the centre of Cardiff who are currently growing year on year due to their success. Our client specialises in Financial recruitment and has exclusive relationships with some of the largest companies in the South Wales area. They are an expert in their field and offer a high-quality service to both candidates and clients. It is a close-knit team environment, where you will work alongside the Director of the business who is a natural leader and has a wealth of experience as a recruitment professional.

In this role, you will –

  • Manage high-calibre candidates (£50k+) across the Professional Services sector, including sourcing, interviewing and offering support throughout the recruitment process
  • Build a talent pool and liaise with Senior Professionals
  • Present candidates to current clients and offer negotiations
  • Attend client visits and sustain relationships
  • Act as a company representative at local marketing events to build relationships with future talent
  • Act as PA to a Director, who will train you in all areas of recruitment
  • General office administration, including formatting CVs, posting adverts, updating social media and creating marketing material

We’re looking for –

  • At least 3 years’ experience in executive support ( PA, Sales Support), or 1 years’ recruitment experience in Professional Services (Finance, Legal, Technology etc.)
  • Educated to degree level
  • A mature, articulate individual with excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Confidence and the ability to conduct face to face meetings with candidates (£50k+)
  • Interpersonal skills and building relationships
