Main purpose of job:

Manage and oversee the regional South West recruitment function within a specialist Engineering and Technical recruitment group.

Lease with existing and new clients to develop business and main relationships

Recruitment and taring new members of the team in line within budgets and forecast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase your region’s presence within the Engineering and O&G sectors
  • Create and maintain business records to increase your profile and footprint within your market
  • Develop new business sales revenue in your specialist market
  • Recruit and train consultants to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Manage a large base of contractors in the South West
  • Target corporate accounts and tender for national agreements

You will be expected to intermittently travel across the UK to other company offices, strategy meetings and training programmes.

Ideal candidate:

  • You must be self-starter with a hands-on approach to all aspects of running your region
  • Initially you will need to lead your team from the front which will include client and candidate contact
  • Significant experience within engineering recruitment
  • Ideally you will be working in an entry level management role and be looking to take the next step
