Permanent People have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Team Leader to join a leading IT and Tech recruitment agency based in the heart of sunny Melbourne!
An ever-growing and established agency, our client prides themselves on providing excellent service and are real specialist within their industries.
They have built their reputation as the ‘go to’ recruiters in the Cloud space placing mid – senior roles within DevOps, Marketing Automation and Technical Sales roles.
In the role as a Team leader you will be responsible for managing your own team of 2 recruitment consultants who concentrate on the DevOps, Cloud and Infrastructure sectors. You will also take responsibility for managing the Melbourne office.
This is a billing position you would earn commission based on a team target, so there’s plenty of opportunity to earn very well whilst working for a great company.
You’ll be involved in the recruitment, training, and development of your team and helping the company to continue to grow in line with their future business plans.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience within the IT / Tech sector and have a strong billing background, as there will be a need to show your credibility as someone your team can learn from and you will be key in the development of the office and team.
