The role

Your role within there recently established Healthcare team will require you to work in a 360 role, bringing in and filling business with Care Homes and Hospitals. You will need to build and maintain long-term working relationships and ensure you’re always providing the best service.

You will be working on your own desk, sourcing and generating the best candidates to fit your clients’ needs and requirements. . You will be working for a recruitment company where you will be highly valued as an individual and rewarded for your successes.

Specific Duties:

  • Develop both new and existing client relationships through regular contact and networking
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing candidates, research and networking ensuring that regular contact is maintained
  • Negotiating terms of business with clients
  • Create and post job descriptions to attract candidate applications
  • Actively search for candidates through networking and various recruiting channels
  • Recruit and match appropriate candidates to available job vacancies
  • Execute an in-depth candidate selection process based upon CV review & telephone screening
  • Develop candidate CV profiles to reflect core vacancy criteria
  • Test and assess candidates’ technical & emotional intelligence skills, as well as assessing the candidate’s suitability
  • Actively negotiate salaries and benefits on behalf of candidates
  • Be knowledgeable on market salaries to effectively benchmark for candidates and clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales KPI targets

Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3 years recruitment experience is essential to fill this role.
  • Knowledge of working within the Healthcare Temporary or Permanent recruitment sector
  • Strong negotiation and sourcing skills will need to be proven, alongside excellent communication skills as you will be speaking and interviewing with candidates and liaising with clients on the daily.
