This dynamic and vibrant company is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team of positive, motivated and talented individuals. Focusing within the IT sectors, you will take over a warm desk focusing on an extremely lucrative market. There will be existing relationships for you to utilise and you will build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, whilst providing an exceptional and professional service. You will take care of the full 360 recruitment process from the search and selection of candidates to the closing of placements.

Ideal Candidate:

• MUST be able to speak fluent/native Swedish
• At least 2 years recruitment experience, ideally IT contract
• Great team player but also able to use your initiative to work independently
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• Able to balance a variety of tasks whilst remaining attentive
• Excellent interpersonal skills and can easily build new relationships
• Confident, self-motivated and determined
• A resilient and target focused personality
• Being able to work in a fast-paced environment
