This market-leading business have over 30 years’ experience and pride themselves and on their expertise, long-term relationships with clients and candidates and bespoke services.
Our client has low staff retention rates as they put the people in the heart of everything they do, with loyal candidates and clients and valued employees. This is not your typical corporate firm, they do not work by strict targets or KPI’s, instead they focus on the quality of services and relationships.
They are looking to expand their legal team within the London office by hiring recent legal graduates from a red brick university.
When you first start, you will be given training, which involves a mix of classroom, online and one-on-ones. You will lean all there is to know about the recruitment industry and become an expert within the legal sector. This learning never stops, you will continuously be provided with the chance to develop both personally and professionally throughout your whole career.
After training, you will start your recruitment career as a Resourcer. You will take a 180-recruitment role and mainly focus on the candidate side of recruitment with general administration duties. Your day-to-day tasks will involve advert writing, graphic creation, managing social media and job boards, candidate sourcing, screening and interview, as well as formatting CV’s.
After approximately 9 months, you will be promoted to an Associate Consultant where you take a full 360-recruitment role, taking over a warm-desk you will be required to liaise with high-end clients and maintain existing relationship. Alongside this, you will be growing the company’s network through business development. You will find and win new clients and create your own pool of qualified candidates.
