Amsterdam Associate Consultant – Executive Search

€40k – €50k plus commission

Permanent People are pleased to be working with a fast growing and very successful Search business which helps young companies scale. This business was founded 4 years ago and since then, they have opened offices in 3 different locations and are working with some of the hottest e-commerce and technology companies in the world.

Due to their expansion, they are looking for ambitious individuals with 1 to 2 years executive search recruitment experience, from one of the SHREK businesses.

You will join an open and honest team and help support the growth of our client’s business on a European and global scale.

The Role:

In a nutshell, your role will involve placing executives within start-up companies on a retained basis. You will communicate with some of the newest e-commerce and technology companies, as well as a wide selection of senior level candidates.

There will be a lot of face-to-face interaction, so excellent communication skills, credibility and confidence is essential to the role.

You will take over a warm desk, where you can utilise existing relationships to instantly maximise your earning potential. But at the same time, you will be expected to help map new business and expand the company’s network.

This role will involve patience and resilience, as it will take time to build relationships to really understand the needs of your clients and candidates.
