Job Description

This role does not involve sales and is purely a resourcing and candidate management position.

The Candidate will be responsible for assisting the Sales Director with candidate management and resourcing on roles. They will be speaking with regular banks of contracting staff to ensure that everyone is happy within the workplace.

It will be your responsibility to identify new business opportunities and pass this across to the Sales Director to deal with. It is essential that you are able to source and attract passive/active candidates within their sector.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent telephone skills;
  • Excellent rapport building;
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A degree in Physics (or similar) or experience in a role in Technical Discipline such as IT helpdesk, engineering or technical retail.
