Senior Recruitment Consultant
£25,000 – £35,000 p/a Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for new business generation, building/maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and becoming a vertical market specialist.
Our client will be looking to develop you into a team lead role. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to progress quickly into management.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have 12 months’ minimum experience on either a permanent or contract desk.
You will be responsible for your own billings as this is a 360-recruitment role where you will bring on new clients and develop/maintain strong relationships whilst also dealing with candidates.
Previous recruitment experience in any sector is essential.
This opportunity will ideally suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for career development in to a leadership/management role.
Our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a mature, self-driven approach as they will give you the flexibility to oversee your own desk.
You will have solid commercial acumen and the ambition and drive to develop new client relationships with the continual support of a successful and ambitious company.
You will have a persuasive personality with good communication, written, verbal and presentation skills.

Salary and Benefits:
Your basic pay will depend on your previous experience and personal billings. This will rise every quarter you hit target as well as with each promotion. The commission structure is uncapped with no threshold. Annual summer and Christmas parties, pension and pool car.
