In your role as an Internal Recruitment Manager you will be:

  • Recruiting Graduate entry level to managerial roles
  • Required to travel across the Netherlands attending job fairs and networking events
  • Consistently building and developing your candidate pool
  • Overseeing a small team of recruiters and internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for delivering results and bringing creative new ideas to the business
  • Helping to devise and deliver the recruitment strategy

About you!

  • Must have hiring experience whether this is in house or Internal
  • This experience will come from a combination from within 360 recruitment agencies and a Talent Acquisition role
  • Personality and culture fit is key! You must be a proactive team player who can work independently and effectively. Animated and outgoing, you must have the ability to remain positive and energy into the office
  • Knowledgeable and experience with industry specific experience
