Permanent People are working closely with an established recruitment agency specialising in the Industrial and Driving sector. Based in their office in Avonmouth they are looking for an industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team.

As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 process.

The primary tasks involved with the role include: –

  • New business development and sales generation, including generating your own leads and pipeline
  • Attending regular client meetings with new and existing customers
  • Maintaining existing client relationships, delivering first class customer service at all times
  • Registering and interviewing candidates for specific roles
  • Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates for vacancies, submitting CVs and arranging interviews with clients
  • Reacting at short-notice to client requirements, ensuring excellent customer service and speed of response

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 years’ full cycle recruitment is absolutely essential for this role
  • Knowledge of the local market is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident to run client visits and negotiate terms
  • Produce marketing and promotional material to reflect company brand and develop business
  • Full driving License
