We have an exciting opportunity that has just come on the market for an individual that is looking to make a step-up in their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising within the Creative, Marketing & Digital sectors based in Amsterdam.
Permanent People are working with a well-established business that are a Global Executive Search firm for elite creative, ad, digital, sports & tech talent. They partner with advertising agencies, global dev houses, start-ups, sports agencies, and large corporates across the globe, introducing them to top notch talent.
In a nutshell, our client head-hunt and represent game changing talent and breathe new life into the international advertising recruitment scene.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant within our client’s business, you will fully embrace social media to find top talent. Whereas other recruitment agencies will continue with the old method of using job boards, our client are aware that very few of the ‘in demand’ talent would spend time putting their CV/portfolio onto a job board.
Our client believes that the best way to learn the new trends in the market and to speak with top talent before anyone else, is to attend networking conferences, events, and also host their own events to connect creativity. They pride themselves on seeing fresh talent, directly, and make it their priority to introduce companies to them as quickly as possible.
Getting to know their talents background and skills as well as what they like to do on the weekend is what our client is all about. This aids in knowing exactly what type of environment and team their talent would thrive in.
The Ideal Candidate
You will possess existing experience within the Recruitment industry, ideally coming from a Digital/Creative recruitment background.
You will be a well-presented and credible individual with effective communication skills. You should have a strong track record of achievement in your previous roles and must be organised and able to work autonomously. You should be a self-motivated, self-starter.
You will have a good understanding of the industry and as this is an existing desk, you must be strong on building and developing relationships, further expanding on business but also identifying new business opportunities.
