The Culture

The culture of my client is one which is highly proactive. They are not heavily targeted with KPIs and allow their consultants to run the desk how they please with limited micromanagement. They are not hierarchical in the way they run their business and the directors typically get involved in the social side of the business also.

Whilst they are a relatively small operation within London (roughly 20 consultants), there are many offices located around the UK and globally, which they all meet up with for team building and socialising events.

The Candidate

My client is focused solely around professional relationship building. They bring new consultants in on existing business (warm desks) so are looking for credible consultants who can build upon relationships already established within the firm. It is down to the strong relationships that they have developed with their clients which has put them into such as strong position in the market.

Over one third of the London-based consultants are billing between £400K – £600K annually (more for the contract/interim consultants) and thus they are looking for the best recruiters to support their teams. The reward is incredible, with their commission structure reaching 40% for top billers, which is more than reachable within the 18-month mark.

6 months onwards:

After 6 months (or sooner if preferred) you’d be moved into a 360-recruitment position, where you’ll receive the full commission on every successful placement you make! Fees are typically £8,000-£10,000 each, so with a 15%-40% commission structure, each placement will equate to £1200 -£1500 to you personally!

This role will involve you approaching new business with the candidate pool you’ve created and bringing on new and exciting clients! You’ll get to build strong relationships with clients and candidates and match them to what they’re looking for! Make money while finding people their dream roles!!
